Call our team on 09 558 3713 during 9 am - 5pm and we'll book it for you. Customers must contact us on +64 27 369 5714 to coordinate after-hours service. An additional after-hours fee of $45 applies to all pick-ups and drop-offs outside regular business hours.
You can visit any branch during opening hours, but cars are subject to availability, so booking ahead is safer during school holidays and summer.

Available only if arranged in advance and approved by us. Call or text 027 369 5714 to organise it, because our landline isn't monitored outside business hours. A $45 after-hours fee applies.

New Zealand has three toll roads: the Northern Gateway north of Auckland, and the Tauranga Eastern Link and Takitimu Drive in Tauranga. Pay any tolls within 5 working days of using the road, online with NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi or at the Speedy Rentals counter. If a toll is unpaid, we charge you the toll plus a $35 admin fee.
Speeding fines, parking tickets and any other traffic infringements during your hire are your responsibility, and a $50 admin fee applies to each one.
