After exiting the terminal, go via Door 8, cross both pedestrian crossings and follow the signs for Off-Site Shuttle Transfers (also marked for Car Park D & E). Keep walking past the Novotel Hotel (on your left) until you reach the traffic lights. This is the Off-Site Shuttle Transfers pick-up area where our shuttle will meet you. Typical wait: 10–15 minutes.
Drive back to 46 Prices Road, Wiri, Auckland 2025 and allow about 30 minutes before your check-in time for the return inspection and shuttle ride to the terminal. Park in the marked return bays and bring the keys to the office. Return the car with the same fuel level as at pick-up to avoid refuelling charges.
From the branch to the airport: Head to Puhinui Road (SH20B) and follow it west towards the airport. Continue onto Tom Pearce Drive, then George Bolt Memorial Drive, following the signs for the domestic or international terminal. Refuelling charge: amount to be confirmed (draft showed “200 NZD”).

A full driver licence held for at least 1 year and a Visa or Mastercard credit card in the main driver’s name. Overseas visitors need their original licence plus an International Driving Permit (IDP) or an approved English translation if the licence isn’t in English.
Yes. A bond of up to NZ$3,500 is held on your credit card. It is reduced to NZ$200 if you take our full insurance.
Drivers aged 21–24 pay a young driver fee of about NZ$100 per rental.
